Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed within 6 days of delivery for sizing issues or minor discrepancies.
  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with tags attached.
  • All shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty.

Final Sale Items

  • Sale and promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Order Modifications

  • Once an order is placed, it can only be modified within 12 hours before dispatch. However this is not guaranteed as orders may be dispatched as soon as an order is placed.
  • Cancelling orders- you can cancel an order as long as the item is not dispatched.
  • For International orders- a cancellation fee will apply.
